NC deep hole strong honing machine is for deep cylindrical workpiece grinding and polishing process,such as all kinds of hydraulic cylinder,cylinder and other precision tubes.Especially suitable for workpiece with a step hole honing and polishing. The production precision is up to IT7-IT8 or more,sureface roughness can reach Ra0.2-0.4 µm.The local honing can be modified by machining taper, ellipticity and local aperture error. Cold drawn steel tube can be used for strong honing directly. 2MK series machines are with high accuracy and efficiency.

This machine has KND control system,AC servo motor,a grinding rod box adopts stepless speed regulation,steady reversing,easy to adjust speed,and easy to control precision of hole dia and decrease work strength. This machine adopts the servo motor to drive the chain wheel and chain to realize the to-and-fro movement of grinding head,which can control the honing precise position. At the same time,it has double square rails,which can use longer and better precision. The honing head is hydraulic constant pressure expansion,the honing force stabilized sand bar unchanged,in order to ensure the workpiece roundness and cylindricity, Honing pressure can be adjusted if need,and set up a high and low voltage control switch on the operation table.You can change rough and refined honing easily.
