This machine is special machine for cylindrical deep hole, it can be used for drilling,boring, trepanning and rolling,and it can make stepped holes and shoulders. It fit to our machine and improve the superiorty of cutter and accessories to make various holes. This machine is widely used in cylinders,pipe die,offshore drilling platform and large electric machines. 

Basic technology and performance

Outlet angle of the hole:less than 0.5/1000mm

1,it can drill,boring,expand,roll and trepan.

2,when producing,the workpiece is rotating,cutter feeding,then the cutting fluid goes into cutting area to cool and lubricate the cutting area ,and take out clastics

3,it uses BTA to take out all clastics.When boring,cutter fluid is supplied inside boring bar and it is discharged forwardly.

4,you can install drilling and boring box if need to rotate cutters.This can decrease speed  of  workpiece,increase efficiency and get better quality.

5,  precision

Rough boring:hole dia precision is IT9-10.surface roughness is Ra6.3um

Refined boring:hole dia precision is IT8-9.surface roughness is Ra3.2um

Rolling :hole dia precision is IT8-9.surface roughness is Ra0.4um

Straightness of the hole:less than 0.15/1000mm
