ZK2102/ZK2103 Single axis NC deep hole drilling machine used drill gun outside chip discharging method for production. Processing method is that workpiece and cutter rotate at the same time but cutter feeding. This machine is with high efficiency,high precision and high automation.The precision and roughness can reach quality of once drilling can replace general needs of common drilling,expanding and hinge. The hole dia precision can reach IT7-IT10,and roughness can be Ra3.2-0.4µm.Feed servo drive system is stepless speed regulation. Workpiece fixing uses hydraukic tightening devices. Machine bed is made by high-quality cast iron with strong rigidity; using high presion ball bearing linear guide and ball screw drive which is good accuracy. The processes are all digital controlled,it not only is single performance but also can recycle automaticly.Therefore,it can used in both small batch and mass production.
