XHX6430K NC SCREW MILLING MACHINE is special machine to make screw pump spiral grooves. It is designed to make special spiral rod with different dia and different distance and single cone or twins cones.and it can replace widely used hand-made rods.This machine can make cycloid and other groove accessories,and also make screws as low speed lathe.One fixing can make long groove at once,which can increase quality and efficiency,and also avoid deformation. It is good machine for envelops long axis parts.Its principal axis feeding is AC power,and feedback by pulse coder. The bed rail is made by high strength cast iron and grinding precisely after superaudio quench. Milling engine is variable frequency motor.cutter head is infinitely variable speeds,which can make different rods,such as different screw pitch,different grooves,cylindrical,cone,constant leads,variational screw-pitch, gradual change leads,equal depth and varialtional depth.Roughness is up to Ra3.2,and rod leads tolerance is 0.08mm/300mm.

This machine is KND NC system,three axes linkage.This can make special rods and make sure high precision.
